This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Supervisor located in Brantford, ON. The Logistics Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure the efficient distribution of products to clients. Responsibilities include supervising logistics staff, coordinating delivery schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the order fulfillment process. The Logistics Supervisor will also be responsible for driving operational improvements and collaborating with various teams to optimize efficiency and meet business goals.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate team members effectively
• Proficiency in Operations Management and inventory control to ensure smooth workflows
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and team alignment
• Experience in Inventory Management to track, maintain, and ensure stock accuracy
• Ability to analyze processes and identify areas for productivity and efficiency improvement
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated proficiency in using logistics or inventory management software is a plus
• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or related fields is preferred
