Description

Logistic Supervisor

You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager, and you’ll work out of our location in Olathe, KS.

In this role, you will impact the overall logistics strategy by managing a team that ensures timely delivery of products and services, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Manage and mentor logistics staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

· Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize transportation and inventory management.



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

· Experience in logistics or supply chain management.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

· Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.

· Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.

WE VALUE

· Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· 5 plus years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.

· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve logistics processes.

· Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
