In this dynamic role, you'll take on key responsibilities that drive our mission forward, including:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage transportation providers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation (shipping documents, invoices, customs paperwork, etc.)
• Collaborate with Category Manager to utilize long-term agreements and implement process improvements.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with procurement, internal sales, and operations to ensure smooth material flow.
• Support Sales Application during bid phase (large overseas shipments).
• Schedule shipments of components between our suppliers, follow-up on delivery.
• Schedule shipments for large components for delivery to customer sites.
• Negotiate with logistics partners.
• Recommend packaging improvements when applicable.
• Support project teams globally.
• Package & tag components for shipment, as needed.
• Maintain ERP system according to established process.

Are you THE person we are looking for?

• Knowledge of Incoterms, HS tariff codes, Bonded book, VAT and Free-trade zone processes.
• Ability to work in a cross functional environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 2-5 years in logistics, supply chain or transportation coordination.
• Hands-on experience with shipment tracking and carrier coordination.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping.
• Experience with customs clearance and international trade compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply chain, or related field.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good communication skills in English, verbal and written.
