Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Sanitation Logistics to support our Distribution Center team. This role will be responsible for safely operating all clean-up equipment to meet Quality requirements schedules including but not limited to: Forklifts, Pressure washer, Walk behind scrubber, etc.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Safelyâ¯maintainâ¯all Clean-up equipment to meet Quality standardsâ¯â¯
- Ensure quality standardsâ¯are metâ¯â¯
- Perform Master cleaning Schedulesâ¯â¯
- Initiative is proactive, does more than required, volunteers to help othersâ¯â¯
- Participate in total production manufacturing (TPM) toâ¯include:â¯AM, PM, FI, OCCI, EM andâ¯HSE pillar teams asâ¯requiredâ¯â¯
- Participate in continuous improvement process to include but not limited to, Why-Why & 7-step process meetings toâ¯eliminateâ¯losses or waste, to include safety issuesâ¯â¯
- When equipment problems occur, it is the responsibility of each employee toâ¯assistâ¯in getting the problem corrected quickly and on time (flow to the work)â¯above and beyondâ¯without having to be askedâ¯â¯
- Job willâ¯requireâ¯overtime, which could include more thanâ¯40 hoursâ¯per week, 7 daysâ¯a week and up toâ¯12 hourâ¯daysâ¯â¯
- Will beâ¯requiredâ¯to learn and use multi computer skills which are paramount to the team’s successâ¯â¯
- Other duties may be assigned asâ¯deemedâ¯necessary by supervisory, management and union representatives Desired Education/Experienceâ¯
- â¯Must be a high school graduate or hold a GED Knowledge and Skill Requirementâ¯
- Ability to execute and manage a clean-up planâ¯â¯
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a team environmentâ¯â¯
- Ability to troubleshoot problems,â¯determineâ¯cause and resolve problem withâ¯assistanceâ¯â¯
- Ability to understand andâ¯comply withâ¯quality assurance standardsâ¯
- Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and make immediate corrective actionâ¯â¯
- Must be able to work independently and with limited supervisionâ¯â¯
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writingâ¯â¯
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environmentâ¯
- Must be able to work with computer software such as Outlook, Word, Excel,â¯Dashpad.â¯

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements
- Must be located in Bradenton, FL, surrounding area, or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
- Willingness to be onsite at the manufacturing facility on a full-time basis
- Must be able to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting/moving items weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the futureâ¯â¯
