The Opportunity
Join a team driving logistics performance across the High Voltage business in the Americas. In this role, you’ll help shape transportation processes, monitor key performance indicators, and champion actions that elevate operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline shipments, support transport rate negotiations, and drive compliance across global logistics activities. Your work will enable efficient, compliant international movements while building the foundation for continuous improvement and scalable growth. How You’ll Make an Impact
Validate shipping documentation
Lead end‑to‑end general cargo transportation planning and execution
Oversee freight settlement, payment processing, and transport claims
Support charge calculations, system updates, and data accuracy
Align customs requirements with specialists, suppliers, customers, and planners
Develop, implement, and improve transport and logistics processes
Monitor logistics KPIs and follow up on improvement actions
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance efficiency
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Experience in general cargo transport planning
Knowledge of US road freight, global air/ocean freight, and supplier management
Familiar with export control, customs rules, and RFQ processes
Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and process mapping
Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred
