Eat. Sleep. Lead. Repeat: Our Logistics Director leads, manages and holds the statewide delivery team accountable. This director works at our Kalamazoo Headquarters Monday-Friday, with scheduled visits to our other warehouse locations around Michigan. Our Logistics Director is responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of products, as well as facilities and equipment management. We take great pride in choosing leaders who can handle the hard work, think strategically and create solutions, motivate their team to achieve goals, and show a passion for leading and developing others.
