Position: Logistics Coordinator Department: Logistics Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Location: 15900 River Rd, Richmond, BC   About Ray-Mont Logistics Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic organization focused on becoming the essential link in the international business logistics supply chain. We provide various operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products. We are currently seeking a permanent full time Office Coordinator to join its vibrant team. The purpose of a Office Coordinator is to oversee all yard operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and organization. Your Work Schedule   Day shift from 6am to 6pm, with availability for additional hours if needed. In a rotating pattern, employees work 4 days on and 4 days off   What We Offer   Competitive salary, with increases based on experience and performance Full group insurance plan, with employer contribution RRSP and DPSP program 24/7 telemedicine access for you and your family Employee Assistance Program (PAE) for confidential support (mental health, financial, legal, and personal support) $200 per year in Ray-Mont Logistics branded merchandise   Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities   Collaborate closely with operations, transportation, and maintenance and to deliver successful initiatives across the terminal. Establish and coordinate the production schedule from beginning to end. Sort and distribute communications between AM’s, operations, and other relevant parties in a timely manner. Ensure quality control and verification of transloading/service orders within tight deadlines Keeping up to date with logistics processes and documentation requirements Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to synchronize between reports and physical stock. Track cargo, track inventory, review the pipeline & loading screen, update relevant information. Adjust the production plan accordingly. Manage the cargo inspection process (CFIA, SGS, INTERTEK) Resolve internal and external escalations by investigating the root cause and recommending solutions. What We’re Looking For   2 to 4 years of experience in the supply chain field, required. 1 year of experience in customer service, required. A college or university diploma. Excellent organizational and coordinator skills. Comfortable with computer systems. Communicates well and offers outstanding customer service. Is detail oriented. Works well under pressure and independently. Valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle (the terminal is not accessible by public transportation)   Ray-Mont Logistics is an equal opportunity employer.
