We are currently seeking a permanent full time Office Coordinator to join its vibrant team. The purpose of a Office Coordinator is to oversee all yard operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and organization. Your Work Schedule
Day shift from 6am to 6pm, with availability for additional hours if needed.
In a rotating pattern, employees work 4 days on and 4 days off

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with operations, transportation, and maintenance and to deliver successful initiatives across the terminal.
Establish and coordinate the production schedule from beginning to end.
Sort and distribute communications between AM’s, operations, and other relevant parties in a timely manner.
Ensure quality control and verification of transloading/service orders within tight deadlines
Keeping up to date with logistics processes and documentation requirements
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to synchronize between reports and physical stock.
Track cargo, track inventory, review the pipeline & loading screen, update relevant information. Adjust the production plan accordingly.
Manage the cargo inspection process (CFIA, SGS, INTERTEK)
Resolve internal and external escalations by investigating the root cause and recommending solutions.
What We’re Looking For
2 to 4 years of experience in the supply chain field, required.
1 year of experience in customer service, required.
A college or university diploma.
Excellent organizational and coordinator skills.
Comfortable with computer systems.
Communicates well and offers outstanding customer service.
Is detail oriented.
Works well under pressure and independently.
Valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle (the terminal is not accessible by public transportation)
