As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a central role in daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating inventory movements, and ensuring that all deliveries are executed accurately and efficiently. Your work keeps multiple locations connected, customers satisfied, and our logistics engine running at full speed

Location: 353 Manitou Drive, Kitchener, ON 

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm   

Compensation: $50,000 per year 

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Scheduling RV/Marine inventory movements and customer deliveries for multiple locations  
• Route planning 
• Managing driver schedules throughout the day 

• Preparing documents for deliveries 
• Updating inventory status in the company system 
• Coordinating fuel requests 
• Assisting with inquiries from visitors 
• Creating and issuing daily dispatch list 

• Submitting daily delivery reports 
• Filing 

What You Bring to the Table: 

• Minimum 1-year dispatching experience.  
• Well-developed decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Will cope with both changing environments and efficiently handle various challenges. 
• Route analyzing and planning expertise  
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize workload 

• Attention to detail 
• Demonstrated track record on customer focus and customer satisfaction 
• Ability to work independently and as a team member 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
