GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

This position will report directly to the Logistics Supervisor.  Coordinate with Corporate Logistics on pre-set loads and awarded carriers.  Organize all documentation required for shipping and manage the picklists. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Print & manage replenishment picklists for material replenishment to production

• Print & manage kitting picklists for material replenishment to production

• Manage picklists for customer service orders

• Address issues stemming from replenishment or picklists

• Coordinate the outbound pre-set loads with the awarded carrier/s

• Benchmark best practices for the Manitou Group and actively share these with counterparts in other sites

• Generate and maintain all documents and reports required for shipping, such as picklist, BOL, CCIs, and International documents as needed

• Manage and maintain plant YMS (Yard Management System) functionality

• Receive drivers and validate loads and machine serial numbers

• Coordinate with Corporate Logistics teams on pre-set loads, awarded carriers, best practice, and continuous improvement

• Collaboration with Sales Admin and Corporate Logistics

• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE:

• Two plus years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations

EXPERTISE:

• Systems knowledge of ERP, Google Suite/ Microsoft Office, YMS/TMS 

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or Associates Degree preferred

• Certifications or specialized training preferred

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONNECTIONS:

• Corporate Logistics, On-site Manufacturing

• Transportation Carriers, Drivers, Freight Forwarders

LOCALIZATION AND TRAVEL EXPECTED:

• This position is located in Madison, SD

• Travel up to 5%

• Compensation: $22.50 - $37.50 per hour
