Logistics Coordinator

Summary:
This full time position will require the successful candidate to fulfill product transfer orders in accordance with company policy and safety regulations in all related physical inventory management and quality control activities in the safest, most efficient way possible.

Main Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Oversee and execute the complete order handling process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and efficiency
Track, measure and report regularly the status of customer orders
Coordinate deliveries with customers to ensure their processing times are met
Inventory management and coordination to ensure goods are moving in and out of our facilities in a timely fashion
Enhance customer service experiences with CN Worldwide Distribution Services by communicating effectively with internal and external customers as well as collaborating with team members to ensure smooth delivery
Occasional assistance in the warehouse depending on operations needs, including but not limited to loading and unloading goods.

Minimum Requirements:
Post Secondary Education
Supply Chain/Logistics education a bonus
Office/administrative experience preferred or have experience in using programs such as Excel, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook; as well as train on other programs that are specific to the job.
Must be reliable and take accountability for their work.
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills.
Team player skills and ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in person, communicate via phone and email.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Transportation/Logistics considered experience an asset.
Warehouse experience considered an asset
Must have access to their own vehicle.
Able to work shift work, holidays, afternoons, and weekends. This role is a day continental schedule.
Able to pass pre-employment Criminal Background Check
