Logistics Claim Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process all damage-related claims, covering both finished goods and raw material components in the warehouses
  • Identify, investigate, and document damages (handling, transportation, storage, production, etc.)
  • Coordinate claim resolution with internal departments including production, logistics, quality, warehouse, and finance
  • Prepare and submit claim documentation to internal departments, vendors, carriers, and other interested party
  • Track claim status, recovery progress, and closure timelines
  • Maintain comprehensive claim records and develop periodic damage and claim trend reports
  • Support internal audits and compliance requirements related to damage and claim management

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English & Korean
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in claim management, quality, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operations
  • Hands-on experience handling product or material damage cases in a manufacturing or plant environment
  • Strong investigation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple claim cases simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing plants handling both finished goods and raw materials
  • Familiarity with internal claim processes, vendor claims, and insurance handling
  • Experience working with external suppliers, carriers, or insurance companies
