JobSummary:
TheWarehouse Lead oversees the receiving, shipping, counting, labeling, recordingand correction of exceptions related to Fuji Food Products Inventory. This position assiststhe Operations in organizing and directing the work of Warehouse Assistants tomeet departmental demands.
Minimum Requirements:
Education-
High School Diploma
Knowledge,Skills & Abilities-
· Abilityto read and communicate verbally in English required.
· Abilityto read, write and speak in Spanish is a plus.
· Interpersonal skills sufficient to be able to interact with employeesand others at any level within an organization in a professional and productivemanner.
· ComputerLiterate and preferably have experience with MRP/ERP and Microsoft OfficePrograms.
· Abilityto learn and apply departmental or Company policies, procedures and rules.
· Abilityto learn and apply Federal, State, and local laws, codes and regulationspertaining to human resources.
· Abilityto work independently in the absence of supervision.
· Abilityto establish and maintain co-operative working relationships with other employees,departments, managers, and Company leadership.
· Abilityto demonstrate accurate basic math skills
· Abilityto work independently and within a team.
Essential Functions (Warehouse):
Ensures that company policy and procedures pertaining to Warehouse operations are followed at all times.
