  • COMP Up to $75,000 Base + Time-and-a-half Saturdays + Bonus Potential

As the Lead Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the critical 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM production window, driving standards that align with rigorous FDA and SQF food safety specifications. What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing production crew, managing shift schedules, and balancing daily work assignments
  • Strategically planning and coordinating material flow and resource allocation to optimize manufacturing efficiency and hit output targets
  • Championing a culture of operational excellence by enforcing stringent compliance with FDA, SQF, and GMP safety protocols
  • Initiating and implementing continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) projects to enhance shop floor procedures and equipment effectiveness
  • Serving as the central liaison across departments to ensure seamless operational handoffs and clear communication between shifts
  • Upholding a strict safety-first environment, actively identifying hazards and ensuring zero-incident compliance


What We Are Looking For

  • Regulated Leadership: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a highly regulated, sanitary manufacturing environment (food production, beverage, or pharmaceutical preferred)
  • Compliance Drive: Strong familiarity with food safety compliance networks, including SQF, FDA, HACCP, or cleanroom standards
  • Workforce Management: High organizational aptitude with an exceptional ability to communicate, motivate, and direct a diverse production team
  • Union & Labor Relations: Prior experience working within a unionized setting and a strong background in professional conflict resolution is highly preferred
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for tracking metrics and daily reporting
  • Stability: A rock-solid, stable work history demonstrating long-term commitment and reliable performance
  • Requirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a 45-minute drive of the Jefferson area
