Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in operations and process-focused roles.
- Proven ability to develop scalable processes within cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to adapt and maintain resilience in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated accountability in meeting commitments and deadlines.
- Commitment to an inclusive culture and emotional intelligence.

- Experience in a technology-based company is required.
- Education industry experience is a plus but not required.
- An academic degree in business or industrial engineering is preferred.
