Conestoga Contracting Group is looking for a Landscape Construction Estimator / Project Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for cost estimating, bid preparation, quantity takeoffs, project planning, and project management for landscape construction work. We’re looking for someone with hands-on knowledge of construction methods, landscaping materials, labor production, subcontractor coordination, and job costing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for landscape construction projects
- Complete material takeoffs, quantity surveys, and costing for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Review drawings, blueprints, site plans, specifications, and scope documents
- Estimate and manage hardscape, softscape, excavation, grading, drainage, retaining walls, interlock, concrete, planting, and site development work
- Support tendering, pricing, scope review, and bid accuracy
- Manage awarded projects through scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout
- Coordinate crews, vendors, deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors
- Track budgets, production, job costs, change orders, and project profitability
- Communicate with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape construction estimating, project management, or construction coordination
- Strong knowledge of landscaping, construction estimating, and outdoor construction methods
- Ability to read construction drawings, grading plans, details, and specifications
- Experience with quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, budgeting, and margin control
- Understanding of hardscape installation, softscape installation, site servicing, grading, and drainage
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $54,219.85-$139,345.65 per year
