Description

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Deer Park, TX is looking for a Labor Support Operations Manager to join their safety conscious team!  Responsible for the cost-effective management and coordination of all field personnel within the Labor Support Group to complete all requested projects and support the internal and external customer demands. Responsible for staffing, training, and dispatching field employees to projects around the country.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Coordinate personnel to work projects at multiple sites and various lines of business.   Modify employee schedules or staffing plans to reduce labor costs while meeting output expectations.          
  •  Ensure coverage for all projects through proper scheduling of utilization of internal and external labor resources.
  • Determine who may or may not work on a given project.                                                                                    
  •  Direct personnel to complete assignments and understand manpower requirements to complete projects. Liaise with branches to coordinate field personnel being assigned to and released from their projects.                     
  •   Study the organization's processes and identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency optimization. Assist with implementation strategies to improve productivity.                                                                             
  •   May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.
     

 



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Organization skills.

• Leadership skills.

• Ability to perform multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in Windows based applications.

• Proficiency with DISA drug testing and background requirements.

• Able to manage high volume phone calls and emails throughout regular and off-duty hours.

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. 

  • Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
