Role Overview
You will own cross-channel pricing, promotions and performance reporting to maximize revenue and margin across all sales channels, partnering closely with Sales, Finance and Marketing to keep our baby monitors and security cameras competitively priced and perfectly promoted.
Key Responsibilities

Sales : You’ll collaborate closely with sales and account teams to identify and execute pricing and promotional strategies that drive top-line growth, support the launch of new channels, and optimize existing listings for maximum revenue.

Promotions: You’ll maintain a rolling promotional calendar and ensure alignment with inventory and operations. You’ll collaborate with Finance and Sales to deliver promotional pricing proposals ahead of each launch.

Pricing: You’ll master our pricing model and recommend enhancements to optimize revenue and margin. You’ll keep the centralized price list accurate and up to date.

Costing: You’ll conduct SKU cost analyses and pinpoint opportunities for cost savings. You’ll build and manage a dynamic costing model, tracking and explaining variances.

Communication: You’ll coordinate across Sales, Finance and Marketing teams to share clear, concise updates on upcoming promotions, pricing changes and performance insights.

Organization: You’ll manage document and SOP hygiene to ensure consistency and compliance. You’ll maintain channel-specific SOPs and propose process improvements to boost efficiency.
What You Bring
- Undergraduate in Economics, Finance, or a related field
and/or:
- 1–3 years of experience in pricing analysis, execution, costing, and forecasting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Sales-first mentality and data-driven decision making
Good to have:
- PowerBI, Dynamics 365, Asana, advanced excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
