Job Summary: This role supports procurement activities at Hera Technologies to ensure materials and components are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with aerospace quality standards. We are seeking a temporary buyer for 4-6 months, potential to go permanent based on future demands but currently we are only open to temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue and manage purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Support sourcing and cost comparison activities
- Monitor inventory levels and production requirements
- Maintain accurate ERP records and procurement documentation
- Assist with supplier performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- 0–2 years of purchasing or supply chain experience (internships welcome)
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
- Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment is a plus.

$22 - $28 an hour
Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt, Temporary
Base Salary Range: $22/HR to $28/HR, based on experience
Business Hours: Core Hours
Base Location: Ontario, CA with a requirement to be onsite M-F
Travel: As needed to various company facilities
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
