IT Procurement Specialist – Managed Service Provider (MSP)

Full-Time Position | Langley, BC

We are looking for a seasoned IT Procurement Specialist to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team in our Langley, BC office. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in sourcing and purchasing IT equipment and services, negotiating contracts, and cultivating strong vendor relationships. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining our procurement procedures and ensuring we secure the best products at competitive rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and process procurement requests promptly based on technical team and client requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors, primarily Pax8 and SYNNEX, to obtain pricing and confirm product availability.
• Ensure quick turnaround and accuracy in order processing.
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records using Autotask PSA and Kaseya Quote Manager.
• Support renewals, licensing, and basic asset tracking for IT assets.
• Assist with coordination between the technical team, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
• Perform general procurement duties and other related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive requests efficiently.
• Previous experience in IT procurement or working within an MSP environment is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and reliable follow-through on tasks.
