Job Responsibilities:

The Investment Operations Intern will assist the team with all or some of the following:

  • Coordinate daily custodian reporting with third party reconciliation provider
  • Daily reconciliation of cash and assets to internal systems and custodians
  • Daily processing and monitoring of portfolio activity including Bank Loan rate resets, income and corporate actions processing
  • Preparation of daily fund reports sent to Credit finance teams
  • Preparation of various weekly and monthly reports
  • Time sensitive ad hoc responsibilities as various requests arise
     

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creatively
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines
  • Ability to read and decipher complex legal documents
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm
  • Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills

Compensation:

Expected Hourly Rate of Pay: $24.00 - $26.00

Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
