The Role

We’re looking for an Inventory & Transportation Analyst in San Antonio to join our Operations organization and help keep our supply chain moving efficiently across the network.

This role combines analytics, operations, logistics, and financial reporting — helping provide visibility into inventory health, transportation performance, and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that support smarter decisions across the business.

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and excited by solving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Flexibility: Work that fits your life – with a hybrid schedule, unlimited vacation, 9 sick days, 10 company holidays, and 2 paid volunteer days.
  • Great Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare plans, a 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, and more.
  • Great People: A casual, high-energy environment where authenticity is celebrated, curiosity is welcomed, and creativity is supported. It's a place where you can show up as yourself, take on meaningful challenges, and help build brands people actually care about.

What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll help support the systems and insights that keep our operations running smoothly.

  • Monitor inventory levels across the production network to identify risks, shortages, excess inventory, and service concerns
  • Analyze inventory trends, replenishment patterns, and operational performance to support decision-making
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that provide visibility into network performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize inventory levels and improve execution
  • Review shipment files and transportation data to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational priorities
  • Coordinate and track shipments across the network, providing visibility into delivery performance and service risks
  • Develop reporting and analytics around freight utilization, transportation modes, shipment mix, and network efficiency
  • Support freight cost management through detailed spend analysis and identification of optimization opportunities
  • Create and distribute transportation tracking reports and operational updates to stakeholders
  • Partner with transportation providers, logistics partners, breweries, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues and improve execution
  • Identify trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities across logistics operations
  • Support financial and operational reporting related to transportation costs, inventory performance, forecasting, and budgeting

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, transportation, logistics, inventory management, or operations analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience in beverage, CPG, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
  • Familiarity with TMS, ERP systems, freight analytics, or supply chain planning tools is a plus
