Inventory Coordinator
RENTEXRentex provides our clients with the highest quality rental equipment for their events. This requires both operational excellence and technical expertise. This dual focus is reflected in our two-sided organizational structure. The Quality Control department is focused on the quality of the rental products; Operations works on warehousing, trucking, inventory, logistics, shipping, and receiving.
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for inventory management at the local branch. This includes recurring weekly tasks, monthly cycle counts, and biannual full inventory. Though the Inventory Coordinator is not directly involved in fulfilling client orders, this role serves the daily business of the company, and ensures future success.

- High-level knowledge and experience with Excel
- Forensic use of inventory platform

Physical Demands

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a fulltime position. Days and hours of work are subject to change and may rotate. The needs of the business may dictate long hours and weekend work during high demand periods.
Preferred Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience/education combination.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
- Supervisory/management experience.
