International Logistics Manager

Manager, International Operations (Bilingual En/Fr)

We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Manager, International Operations to take full ownership of global logistics execution, financial performance, and operational excellence across international shipments (ground, air, and ocean). This role is positioned for rapid growth into a Director-level role within the year.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving efficiency, accountability, and profitability in international logistics.

📍Location: Hybrid Dollard-Des Ormeaux

💼 What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end execution of all international shipments and operational flows
• Full accountability for margin performance, cost control, and financial outcomes
• Oversight of international operations team and daily execution discipline
• Validation of all international project feasibility and pricing before approval
• SLA performance, on-time loading, and service reliability
• Manage a team of 2-3

📊 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily international operations to ensure shipments are executed as planned
• Act as the escalation point for operational challenges and resolve issues quickly
• Own and manage international margins, including cost overruns and credits
• Conduct detailed analysis on international projects and pricing structures
• Maintain strict operational cadence, including daily shipment follow-ups
• Ensure all communication channels and operational workflows are cleared daily
• Provide support for critical shipments and special projects

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Must be Bilingual (En/Fr)
• Strong experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or intermodal operations ( ground, air and ocean)
• Proven ability to manage margins, costs, and operational performance
• Experience leading teams in a high-accountability environment
• Highly analytical with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain execution discipline under pressure

Compensation: $70k-$85k
