We're recruiting on behalf of our client, for an International Air Logistics Specialist who will play a critical role in executing and managing shipments across their operations. This role acts as the operational bridge between customers, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail and problem-solving are key. You’ll be at the center of day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while contributing to process improvements and team support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full shipment lifecycle, including booking, dispatching, tracking, CFGL quoting, and documentation

Ensure all shipment details are accurate, timely, and compliant with operational procedures

Communicate proactively with customers and carriers to ensure smooth operations

Resolve shipment issues quickly while maintaining strong service levels

Update and manage TMS data with accuracy at every stage of the shipment lifecycle

Support team inboxes and provide operational coverage as needed

Step in to support Customer Success Lead responsibilities when required

Meet daily operational targets, KPIs, and development program requirements

Contribute to process improvements and cross-training across functions

Compensation

💰 $60,000 – $70,000
