Job Title: Summer Intern – Recruiting, Operations & Content
Company: Private Label Staff
Location: Remote (Jacksonville / Ponte Vedra, FL preferred for occasional in-person collaboration)
Duration: June – August (flexible start/end dates)
Compensation: $15/hour
About the Opportunity
This is not a “sit back and observe” internship. You’ll work directly with the CEO of Private Label Staff and the operations team to support real business initiatives across recruiting, operations, and brand growth.

What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll support a mix of recruiting, project coordination, and content execution, including:
Recruiting & Talent Support
- Assist with sourcing candidates across LinkedIn and job platforms
- Help organize and maintain candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial outreach and scheduling support
- Track candidate activity and update internal systems
Operations & Project Coordination
- Support ongoing client and internal projects with organization and follow-ups
- Help manage timelines, trackers, and task lists
- Assist in building simple processes, templates, and documentation
- Jump in where needed to keep things moving
Content & Social Media
- Assist with content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Help capture and organize behind-the-scenes content (especially during in-person time)
- Support posting, formatting, and light editing
- Contribute ideas for content and brand growth
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
- Interest in business, recruiting, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Based in or near Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra is a plus
