What You’ll Do

The What You’ll Do As part of our forward-thinking team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality geospatial analysis and visualizations that support transportation planning initiatives. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Creating and managing spatial datasets, maps, and cartographic products tailored to client needs
  • Conducting spatial and network analysis (e.g., walkshed, shortest path modeling)
  • Supporting transportation master plans, parking studies, and environmental assessments
  • Preparing compelling visuals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in client and public meetings to share insights and gather feedback
  • Automating workflows and building models to streamline GIS processes
  • Collaborating across teams to support land use and mobility planning projects

What You Bring

Reporting We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for problem-  solving and storytelling through data. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of GIS experience in transportation planning or geomatics
  • A degree in urban planning, engineering, geography, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Esri tools (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro) and spatial analysis techniques
  • Experience in consulting or working with public sector clients (a plus)
  • Programming/scripting skills in Python, R, or SQL
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
