About the role
This is a hybrid position working from our Legacy West Support Center in Plano, Texas. The Enterprise Innovation Manager - Merchandising and Supply Chain, is instrumental in taking new ideas and cultivating them into positive outcomes. Innovation Managers help create a culture of innovation and are involved in shaping the processes needed for forward movement across the Enterprise. The ideal candidate should have strong business knowledge in a retail environment working across multiple business models (B2B, B2C, Ecommerce, and brick & mortar). The candidate should have a solid background in Merchandising and/or Supply Chain. Experience in project delivery from idea formulation through final project delivery is also desired. The Innovation manager will be required to work across IT disciplines and business units to formulate ideas and deliver projects in the Merchandising and Supply Chain spaces.

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lit, heated, and ventilated.
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
