Overview
In this role, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect materials, services, and capital equipment (CAPEX) investments including logistics, to support our operations and growth objectives. You will lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Facilities, IT, Manufacturing, HR, Operational Excellence and Quality teams to ensure competitive pricing, quality, delivery, risk management, and compliance while maximizing total cost of ownership (TCO).

We offer:In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing clear and accessible information about compensation for this role. The expected compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 Annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job-related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations. This role offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including paid vacation, group health benefits, pension plan, bonus, and additional employee programs.
