Job Responsibilities

HVAC Parts Ordering — Source, order, and track HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery for service and installation teams.
Job Scrubbing — Review job packets, installation plans, and service notes to determine all required materials, equipment, and special‑order items.
- Warehouse Operations – Maintain efficient warehouse operations, optimizing space utilization and ensuring timely receipt and distribution of materials.
- Order Fulfillment – Coordinate and oversee order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Safety & Compliance – Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance – Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination – Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of inventory.
- Record Keeping – Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaboration – Work closely with service and installation teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience – Proven experience in HVAC equipment, logistics, or inventory control
- Leadership Skills – Strong ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Technical Expertise – Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Organizational Skills – Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Safety Knowledge – Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices.
- Problem-Solving – Ability to troubleshoot warehouse challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Physical Requirements – Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.

Location Bristol, RI
Compensation $25 - 35/hr based on experience
