Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Administrator with a proven ability to lead operations, oversee billing functions, manage teams, and uphold exceptional standards of performance and compliance with minimal oversight.


This role carries primary responsibility for day-to-day administrative, billing, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations, Systems & Team Leadership

  • Lead daily intake, scheduling, and referral coordination
  • Manage workflows using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
  • Maintain organized communication channels and reporting systems
  • Supervise, coach, and develop administrative staff
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance guidance
  • Address attendance, conduct, and performance issues professionally
  • Conduct structured interviews and support strong hiring decisions


Billing & Revenue Cycle Management

  • Oversee billing operations, claims processing, and follow-up
  • Monitor reimbursements, denials, and accounts receivable
  • Ensure documentation supports accurate billing
  • Coordinate with billing vendors and finance partners
  • Maintain clean, audit-ready revenue records


Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, IDTF, and state regulations
  • Maintain accurate charting and communication logs
  • Prepare for audits and regulatory reviews
  • Enforce documentation and escalation standards


Provider Relations & Professional Communication

  • Serve as a primary administrative liaison for providers
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
  • Resolve operational and scheduling issues efficiently
  • Represent the organization with credibility and discretion


Business Development & Operational Growth

  • Support provider outreach and relationship management
  • Assist with referral development initiatives
  • Identify workflow improvements and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to operational strategy and scalability


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of healthcare administration or medical operations experience
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing teams
  • Strong working knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle processes
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical workflows
  • Experience in compliance-driven healthcare environments
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint/OneDrive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, correct, and motivate staff
  • History of sound judgment and independent decision-making


Preferred Experience

  • Mobile imaging, IDTF, hospice, home health, or outpatient services
  • Multi-site or multi-state operations
  • EMR, BambooHR, and reporting platforms
  • Billing denial management and appeals
