Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead, Manage, Accountability (LMA): As the Head of Operations, leads, manages, and holds the Medical, Care Management, Clinical, Social Services, and Service Coordinator teams accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments. This position is a leader of leaders and requires a high degree of emotional intelligence, thick skin, effective communication, and consistency. 
  • Customer Experience Oversight: Own the full lifecycle of the patient and facility experience. Drive initiatives that improve satisfaction, care continuity, and EverCare’s reputation for excellence in behavioral health.
  • Operations Process Management: Design, document, and optimize operational processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and accountability. Ensure all operational processes are Followed By All (FBA) within the department, with clear training, adoption, and accountability systems in place to drive efficiency, quality, and scalable service delivery across all locations.
  • Program Development: Lead the planning and execution of any new service lines, community expansion, and constant shifting in patients. Ensure services are rolled out with operational readiness and measurable success metrics.
  • Technology & Systems Leadership: Oversee the use and integration of platforms supporting EHR, scheduling, care coordination, and reporting. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align systems with organizational needs.
  • Team Development & Cross-Functional Leadership: Coach team leaders, build bridges across functions, and strengthen the operational backbone of the company. Align resources and people to support growth and service excellence.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelors level degree or higher (required)
  • 5+ years in senior operational leadership roles within healthcare or behavioral health, with demonstrated experience as a leader of leaders—owning accountability, performance, and results across multiple teams and managers (required)
  • Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, etc. is a plus
  • Practice management certifications such as CPPM, CMPE, CMOM, etc is a plus 
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and scaling service-based operations
  • Strong process orientation with comfort around systems and tech tools
  • Experience managing clinical and administrative leaders
  • Experience with EOS® tools and values is a strong plus
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver
