Position Summary:
Caesars Virginia is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Slots Intern for the summer of 2026. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the gaming industry, specifically within the Slots Operations department. The intern will work closely with our slots management team to understand the operational, technical, and strategic aspects of managing a world-class slot floor.



Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operations of the slot floor, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Support slot performance analysis by collecting and interpreting data on machine utilization, revenue trends, and player preferences.
  • Observe and participate in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of slot machines under supervision.
  • Assist with guest interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events involving slot games.
  • Learn and apply slot accounting procedures, including jackpot payouts and machine audits.
  • Collaborate with the slots management team on special projects, such as optimizing floor layouts or testing new games.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain a deeper understanding of slots operations and the gaming industry.
  • Hands-on experience in a key operational area of the gaming industry.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in the gaming or hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age by the start of the internship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licensure.
