Description

JP Morgan Chase & Co.’s Security Fusion Center is a joint initiative between Global Security (GS) and Cybersecurity Technology & Controls (CTC) to integrate intelligence and global operations on threats that cross physical and cyber security lines. The Security Fusion Center enables continuous collaboration via co-location of GS’s Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and CTC’s Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC), providing a critical shared leadership hub for the Chief Security Officer, Chief Information Security Officer and members of their senior leadership teams.


As a Fusion Center Operations - Vice President in Global Security, you will be responsible for the execution of Global Intelligence programs via the fusion center, including; Fusion Center Operations, Early Watch and Warning, and client engagements. You will report to Global Intelligence’s Fusion Center Operations Manager, with experience presenting to C-Level audiences, be familiar with the firm’s security posture, and have a degree of familiarity with both the physical and cyber intelligence requirements of a large multinational corporation.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Fusion Center’s client engagement program, including hosting, facilitating and the creation of presentation materials. 

  • Manage metrics surrounding the engagements program

  • Support Fusion Center daily operations including; events, drills and exercises by maintaining artifacts, dashboards, and layouts.

  • Facilitate communications for leadership within the Fusion Center.

  • Monitor incidents across regions and channels; sustain situational awareness.
  • Participate in the client engagement program for the Fusion Center, including the creation of demos and presentations for client engagements 

  • Report regularly on Fusion Center performance, insights, and trends. 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Security Studies, International Relations, Cyber Security, Communications or related field.

  • Minium 7 years of experience in fusion centers, intelligence analysis, security operations, or related roles within financial services or government.

  • Ability to manage programs in a demanding customer environment that may require off-hours responses.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop and maintain high-level relationships.

  • Strong understanding of geopolitical, cyber, and operational risk landscapes.

  • Experience with technical collection platforms, data visualization, and incident management systems.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to synthesize complex information and produce actionable intelligence products.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ESRI, and other relevant analytical tools.

  • Familiarity with ArcGIS or other mapping tools.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in crisis management and incident response coordination.
  • Skill identifying risk indicators and enhancing threat detection capabilities.
  • Expertise in cyber threat intelligence, geopolitics, and data-driven analytics.
  • Strong executive briefing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with mapping and geospatial tools.
  • Experience building demos and client-facing presentations.
