JOB DESCRIPTION: Full Time Facilities/Operations Team Member

PURPOSE: To support our weekday needs in the Facilities department at our Missouri City campus. The Facilities/Operations Team assist with setting up for services, breaking down rooms if needed and cleaning up after services. Light Mechanical, Plumbing Duties. This is a GREAT opportunity for recent high school grads or college students! 

Weekly Hours: M-F 8a-5p

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Light custodial duties including grounds cleanup.
• Provide event support, set-up and demo.
• Must conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner while performing maintenance or repair work in publicly accessible areas, maintaining a clean work area and minimizing disruption to guests and staff.
• Light maintenance on HVAC Rooftop units such as changing belts and filters and rinsing coils. 
• Light Plumbing skills such as clearing stoppages, changing flush valves, etc.
• Requires the use of pressure washing equipment, leaf blowers and some small power tools.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be proactive, self motivating, and work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to recognize operational needs and maintain workload in a given work schedule. 
• Must have reliable transportation.
