What You'll Do

As the Front Office Operations Manager, you'll help shape the guest experience from arrival to departure. You'll lead the daily operation of the Front Desk while supporting, coaching, and developing a team of Guest Service Agents, Supervisors, and Night Auditors.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, train, schedule, and support the Front Office team
• Create a welcoming, efficient check-in and check-out experience
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
• Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and other departments to keep operations running smoothly
• Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and team performance
• Manage payroll, budgets, deposits, and front office procedures accurately
• Help hire, onboard, and train new team members
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
• Set the tone for a positive, accountable, guest-first work environment

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings both hospitality experience and a genuine desire to lead people well.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Hotel, resort, front office, or guest services leadership experience
• Experience coaching, training, or supervising a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to stay calm and professional during busy or challenging moments
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and hotel/property management systems
• A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• The ability to work a flexible hospitality schedule, including some weekends and holidays
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and navigate stairs as needed

Five or more years of hotel front office or management experience is preferred, but we are also open to strong hospitality leaders who are ready for the next step.
