As a founding team member, you will architect the operational backbone of a high-growth startup utilizing AI to modernize clinical delivery. You will manage complex systems, legal compliance, and people operations while working directly with the CEO. This is a high-impact role for a gritty builder ready to scale a transformative healthcare platform from the ground up.

What you will do:
Design and implement scalable internal processes across legal, compliance, and clinical operations to support national expansion.

The ideal candidate:
Proven experience in a fast-growing startup or as a former founder with a track record of building from zero to one.
