We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Forklift Operator / Yard Associate to join our team. What You’ll Do

Warehouse & Material Handling

• Complete daily forklift and equipment inspections
• Safely operate counterbalance forklift and other material handling equipment
• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the yard
• Load trusses (big and small) on delivery vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient yard area
• Accurately pick and ensure orders are accurate and complete
• Stage orders for delivery.
• Prioritize tasks to keep products moving efficiently
• Identify and resolve inventory, order, or material handling issues
• Support other warehouse and yard activities as required

What You Bring

• Previous forklift or warehouse experience (preferred)
• Experience in building materials, lumber, distribution, or a similar environment (an asset)
• Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and organizational skills
