Your role at Baxter

BardyDx is Baxter's ambulatory cardiac monitoring business, providing the CAM Patch, a wearable heart monitor that helps physicians diagnose and manage cardiac conditions. This Finance Manager role sits at the intersection of Finance, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Operations, and Accounting and serves as the primary business and analytics partner supporting several of the organization's most critical performance drivers. The position helps leaders make decisions across the patient journey, from enrollment and device deployment through reimbursement, cash collection, and operational productivity.

This role is responsible for developing, owning, and continuously improving the reporting, analytics, forecasting, and decision-support tools used by Revenue Cycle Management, Integrated Delivery and Technical Field (IDTF) Operations, and Accounting leadership. A key focus is building scalable reporting infrastructure through Power BI dashboards, automated reporting solutions, forecasting models, and business intelligence tools that provide visibility into reimbursement performance, cash collections, technician productivity, workload management, operational throughput, and other key performance indicators. The Finance Manager will translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations that support business growth, operational efficiency, and executive decision-making.

The position partners closely with Revenue Cycle leaders responsible for billing, collections, payer relationships, and reimbursement strategy, as well as IDTF leaders who oversee the teams analyzing patient monitoring data and generating diagnostic reports. In addition, the role supports Accounting through ownership of key payer and insurance master data processes that ensure reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness. Success in this role requires a combination of strong analytical capabilities, business judgment, financial acumen, and the ability to build solutions rather than simply maintain existing processes. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence how the business scales and operates.

This is a hybrid in-office position with a preference for candidates based in Bellevue, Washington. Candidates based in or open to Houston, Texas will also be considered.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary finance and analytics partner to Revenue Cycle Management leadership, supporting cash collection goals, reimbursement performance, forecasting activities, and strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and own key reporting tools, including reimbursement analytics, collections reporting, executive dashboards, scorecards, and Power BI solutions used by business leaders.

  • Build and maintain financial models, ASP bridges, forecasting tools, and analytical frameworks that provide visibility into operational and financial performance drivers.

  • Partner with IDTF leadership across Houston, New Jersey, the Bay Area, and Minnesota service centers to support volume forecasting, capacity planning, operational scaling strategies, and productivity management.

  • Design and automate reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into workload queues, technician productivity, workflow bottlenecks, operational throughput, and business performance.

  • Analyze and communicate the end-to-end financial journey from enrollment through deployment, reimbursement, revenue generation, and cash collection, identifying opportunities to improve performance and accelerate cash realization.

  • Own and maintain critical payer and insurance data within business systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy across Finance, Operations, and Accounting.

  • Present analyses, insights, and recommendations to operational leaders, finance leadership, and executive stakeholders while helping drive data-based business decisions.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, business analytics, strategic finance, operational finance, business intelligence, or related disciplines.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required.

  • Advanced Power BI, business intelligence, dashboard development, and data visualization experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, reporting automation, and data analysis capabilities.

  • Experience working with large data sets, building scalable reporting solutions, and translating data into actionable business insights.

  • Strategic thinker and strong business partner with a high level of independence, ownership, initiative, and business judgment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations and executive-level storytelling.
