Field Logistics and Dispatch Coordinator

The Field Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator provides dispatch, scheduling, logistics, reporting, and operational support for Black Gold Medical field personnel. This role serves as a key connection point between field staff, clients, and internal departments, helping ensure personnel are properly scheduled, equipped, supported, and mobilized to meet operational requirements.

The position coordinates personnel schedules, mobilizations, demobilizations, travel arrangements, accommodations, and equipment readiness while maintaining accurate operational records and reporting. Responsibilities include supporting daily dispatch activities, reviewing field documentation for completeness, monitoring equipment inventory and condition, coordinating repairs and restocking requirements, and facilitating communication between field personnel and office teams.

The role works closely with Operations, Training & Safety, Equipment, Client Services, Payroll, and Human Resources to ensure operational issues are identified, communicated, and resolved efficiently. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

This position is best suited for individuals with industrial field experience who have a practical understanding of field operations, personnel scheduling, travel logistics, equipment accountability, client service expectations, and operational reporting. The role supports field readiness, service quality, communication, and operational efficiency across Black Gold Medical's field operations.
