Job Details:
This position involves providing production with timely and accurate schedules, job packets, specifications, and other necessary reports. Key responsibilities include:
Review and Reconciliation: Daily review and reconciliation of production job packets, raw materials, ingredients, and packaging inventory levels.
Problem Identification: Assisting in identifying scheduling problems and inconsistencies.
Clerical Support: Supporting clerical tasks such as department transfers, miss-punches, and Kronos support.
Data Management: Entering and retrieving data from Ross, maintaining production databases in Excel, and managing data within Kronos.
Report Processing: Analyzing and distributing various daily and weekly reports while meeting deadlines.
Scheduling Adjustments: Working with the scheduler to make necessary adjustments and distributing the daily schedule.
Liaison Role: Assisting supervisors and acting as a liaison as needed.
Understanding Production: Spending time in production to understand the paperwork process.
Filing and Organization: Filing and organizing paperwork, and assisting co-workers as needed.
