Elevated HR Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a Calgary-based private office for a highly trusted Family Office Operations Manager.
 
This is not a traditional assistant role.
 
This position supports the full operational rhythm of a highly active executive and family office environment. The role blends executive coordination, household operations, personal logistics, and business support, acting as the connective tissue that keeps everything running smoothly. For the right person, this role becomes a long-term partnership built on trust, judgment, and reliability.
 
What You’ll Do
Executive Operations
  • Manage complex calendars, travel planning, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare executive materials including board reports and briefing packages
  • Coordinate professional commitments and ensure deadlines are met
  • Anticipate needs and proactively remove friction from the executive’s schedule

Personal & Family Office Support
  • Manage vendors, services, and logistics across multiple residences
  • Support travel planning for the family, including coordination while they are away
  • Handle personal projects and time-sensitive requests
  • Assist with personal errands such as shopping, appointments, and household coordination
 
Household & Lifestyle Management
  • Oversee operations of family homes while the family is travelling
  • Coordinate maintenance, services, and vendors
  • Manage parking, transportation logistics, and occasional driving
  • Ensure the home environment and logistics are handled seamlessly
 
Family Support
  • Provide occasional childcare support when needed
  • Step in to assist with school or activity logistics
  • Act as a calm, reliable presence for family coordination

  • Executive support experience at the senior leadership level, including coordinating and preparing board reporting packages and executive-level materials
  • Demonstrated history of long-term tenure and trusted relationships with previous employers

Requirements
  • Willing to commute downtown Calgary for work Monday to Friday
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable with flexible scheduling and working erratic hours
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality
 
Compensation & Perks
  • Base salary: $90,000
