Facility Technician II - Logistics is responsible for performing a variety of hands-on industrial operations within the facility’s warehouse, including but not limited to mixing and pulling feed. Loading and unloading 55-gallon drums, offloading vans, and completing paperwork for waste tracking/inventory purposes. We are looking for safety-oriented and reliable individuals who do not mind physically demanding work to join our team in El Dorado, AR!
Union Wage: $28.90

Performs hands on operations offloading vans and completing paperwork for waste tracking/inventory purposes.
Performs drum storage and inventory management
Complete general warehouse housekeeping and preventative maintenance as needed.
Operate a forklift
Must display proficiency (within 30 days) working with computer-based systems including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook Email, Word, Excel, One Drive, SharePoint, etc.) and able to learn systems such as WIN WEB or any other internal planning tools.
Must be willing and able to work either day or night shift, depending on Feed Planning’s operational needs
Must display proficiency (within 30 days) in warehouse inventory, VPI pull lists, Coming Due & Aging Inventory reports.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments including but not limited to: Operations, Receiving, Compliance, & Rack Team.
Ability to work daily within compliance policies & procedures to include but not limited to: Scanning, Inventory Staging/Storage.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
HS Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of Industrial or warehouse experience preferred
2 years’ experience in a planning, coordinating, or logistics role (formal or informal) preferred
1+ years’ Forklift experience preferred and must be able to demonstrate proficiency within a set time frame of a progression plan
Minimum 2 years of direct experience in a hazardous waste, chemical, or industrial processing environment.
Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions independently under time constraints.
Computer savvy
IPAD experience is a plus!
MS Office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook
Must be able to work well in a team and independently
Must be able to communicate effectively with the team and other departments
Change direction at moment's notice
Follow direction and take initiative
Ability to work a rotating shift
Ability to work under adverse conditions (heat & cold)
