As a Facility Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will supervise a building maintenance program, distribute work assignments, and inspect ongoing and completed work. You will also perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the repair and maintenance of grounds, building, equipment, and machinery; complete work schedules, performance evaluations, and corrective actions; and read and interpret blueprints and specifications for alternations to building, grounds, and equipment. This role requires solid practical knowledge to ensure uninterrupted operations and to ensure work complies with code specifications. In addition, you will plan daily activities of Equipment Operators to include all resident transportation requirements and supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of the GMVC automotive and equipment fleet.
