We are seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor who will work directly with the Plant Manager to elevate our facility's safety culture and operational excellence. This role focuses on designing facility programs and creating procedures to expand safety, including creating, reviewing, and updating SOPs while providing resources for departmental training and compliance assistance. The position primarily supports the receiving department, with additional assistance to other departments as needed. This is a 60% office-based, 40% facility floor presence role ideal for someone who sees potential where others see status quo, believes every system can be improved, and has the diplomatic skill to inspire others to raise their standards. We believe complacency is the enemy of excellence.
