What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, schedule, and support the Facilities Operations team to ensure safe, efficient daily operations
- Oversee and perform maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, sewer, and related building systems
- Complete and supervise preventative and predictive maintenance across all Cedar Community facilities
- Conduct routine building inspections and maintain clean, organized mechanical, electrical, and storage areas
- Monitor and adjust building systems, including temperature controls and equipment performance
- Coordinate contractor work, system repairs, upgrades, and compliance-related tasks
- Manage equipment records, work orders, and operational reporting
- Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and policy/procedure improvement
- Oversee sewer lift stations, force main operations, chemical additions, and required testing
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or a related technical field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
