We’re hiring an Expeditor for our client in Houston! We are looking for experienced, reliable, and hardworking employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Expeditor
Location: Houston, TX 77079
Pay: $31.25–$33.65/hr DOE
Hours: Day shifts
Duration: Temp to hire

Description of Duties:

• Track purchase orders and ensure materials and equipment arrive on schedule.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve delays.
• Monitor production schedules, shipments, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, quality, and construction teams.
• Maintain accurate order records and provide updates on delivery status.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in expediting, procurement, materials coordination, or supply chain.
• Experience tracking purchase orders and communicating with vendors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Construction or industrial project experience preferred.
