Description

As a Logistics Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our logistics operations.

We are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to monitor and maintain inventory, research issues and tracks orders, maintain databases, and perform physical count of inventory. This role receives, unloads and distributes goods as well as packs and ships product to ensure no damage.  This role also documents and processes returns

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Reconcile physical inventory with expected records from ERP system with Production and Stockroom teams
  • Flag and investigate discrepancies
  • Pull components and raw materials for production work orders
  • Ensure that Lot Control practices are followed
  • Maintain clean, safe and well organized Stockroom
  • Ensure proper labeling of materials and storage containers for all materials
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Count and record incoming and outgoing material
  • Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Flexibility to work 2nd shift


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in logistics, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Flexibility to work 2nd shift after new hire training period on first shift
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing and inventory management principles
  • Familiarity with Inventory control software (Oracle, SAP).
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds and able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
