- Receive deliveries and restock shelves
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment (cleaning, tightening, replacing small parts)
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
- Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Experience in construction/HVAC warehouse is a plus but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
