Work Flexibility: Onsite Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (flexible) Location: 2 Medicorum Place, Waterdown, ON What You Will Do: The Distribution Associate II must be a team-oriented individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Core responsibilities include receiving, restocking, picking, packing, and auditing products, as well as housekeeping duties associated with maintaining an organized, clean and safe work environment. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Distribution team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values. Inspect, sort, verify, and receipt incoming goods against packing slips, / invoices, and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies. Pick, pack, and accurately confirm goods prior to shipment. Cycle count inventory. Prepare and maintain accurate records of items received, transferred, and shipped. Report any discrepancies for drugs and natural health products to Quality Assurance. Plan and prioritize work to ensure daily activities are completed on-time. Maintain up-to-date training on departmental and company SOPs. Identify and communicate any required procedural updates based on day-to-day operations. What You Need: Required: Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent 3 years’ experience in Distribution Center, manufacturing or similar environment 2 years’ experience operating material handling equipment Preferred: Post-Secondary education (Distribution, Supply Chain or Logistics) Previous completion of counterbalance and/or reach forklift licensing Prior experience using RFID scanner Physical Requirements: Ability to life and move medium and heavier weight items up to 50 pounds without assistance Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time, including standing $51,500 - $68,650 CAD Annual, plus bonus eligible and benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
