Location:  St.Marys, ON

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will own the responsibility of coordinating the daily operations of 30 trucks to ensure feed deliveries across Ontario are accurate, efficient, and on time. You’ll act as the central link between drivers, production, and customer service, using routing software and your strong knowledge of Ontario’s geography to optimize delivery plans and adjust schedules in real time. From tracking truck usage and maintenance to compiling customer order details and aligning them with production, you’ll take accountability for every step. By staying calm under pressure, making quick decisions, and confidently pushing back when necessary, you’ll keep operations running smoothly and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident, assertive professional who owns every challenge with clarity and composure. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can make quick decisions under pressure, and aren’t afraid to push back when needed to maintain efficiency and compliance. Strong communication skills are essential—you’ll need to collaborate effectively with drivers, production, and customer service teams to resolve issues promptly. Your ability to balance multiple priorities, think critically, and stay calm during peak periods will ensure success in this high-impact role.

You’ll Also Need

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in logistics, transportation, or operations
  • Proven experience in dispatch coordination or fleet management (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario’s geography and routing principles
  • Proficiency with routing and scheduling software
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make quick, confident decisions under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Positive attitude, assertiveness, and ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations
  • Familiarity with truck maintenance tracking and delivery metrics (asset)
  • Working every other Saturday and a shift on-call is a must
